At the age of eighteen, Jennifer decided to venture into business by leasing space in a mall to open an aesthetics company. Afterwards, she decided to pursue further education at York University, and shortly after graduating from York with a BA, purchased a make up and skin care franchise. A few years later she opened a business and created her own brand, Orchyd Salon Spa and Laser Clinic. Her passion for business led her into the field of Real Estate. She loves working with clients and helping them with one of life's biggest decisions and dreams... buying a home or business. Whatever she does, she does with passion. Born in Poland, and having immigrated to Canada at a young age, Evelina is fluent in both English and Polish. Samantha Barber

Enzo began his career in the Retail Sector where he became one of the youngest Store Managers for Loblaw Companies. This is where he learned his passion for customer service and realized how important it was for him to be in a position to help others. As his career progressed he eventually evolved into owning his own grocery store franchise, while still pursuing his greatest passion of real estate. He found the greatest joy in helping people put food on their tables and a roof over their heads. Enzo has worked his way through the real estate industry and has cultivated a market, servicing buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords. He is driven by one principle… The Golden Rule. Every interaction is based on the ethics of reciprocity and the importance to treat his clients the way he would want to be treated, with honesty, compassion, respect and the greatest level of professionalism. Maryam Keshvarpour



Maryam is a distinguished and highly dedicated real estate Broker serving the Greater Toronto Area. Known for her exceptional customer service and strong work ethic, Maryam consistently makes every transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible for her clients. After working in real estate for a number of years, Maryam obtained her Broker license in 2020. Along with re-sale homes, she is also skilled in pre-construction, rental properties, and assignment sales. Her vibrant and energetic personality and time management skills are only some of the qualities which contribute to her success as a Realtor. Maryam continues to serve as a top agent by being quick to respond and by keeping her clients’ best interests always at the forefront. She is experienced buying and selling homes in Toronto, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, and all surrounding areas. Although location is important, Maryam recognizes that her clients should be prioritized over all else. She stays committed to their interests, understanding how important the decision to buy or sell a property can be. Maryam graduated from Ryerson University, with a degree in political science. When she isn’t working, Maryam loves to spend time with her family, and relaxing with a good Sudoku puzzle. She especially loves traveling and visiting new places all around the world.
